What is COINCUBE?

COINCUBE is a self-custody Bitcoin ecosystem for people who want complete control over their Bitcoin. The desktop app is Tenshu; Keychain is the mobile signer; and Connect is the optional backend that ties them together.

Transferring Between Wallets

Spark Vault
  1. 1 Navigate to the Home page
  2. 2 Select "Transfer" and choose "Spark → Vault"
  3. 3 Enter the amount to transfer
  4. 4 Confirm; funds land in the Vault after on-chain confirmation
Vault Spark
  1. 1 Navigate to the Home page
  2. 2 Select "Transfer" and choose "Vault → Spark"
  3. 3 Enter the amount to transfer
  4. 4 Sign with your hardware wallet(s) and broadcast

Both directions between Spark and Vault are supported from the Home page. Any transfer touching the Vault has an on-chain leg, so it takes block confirmations to settle.

Settings & Customization

Every Cube has its own Settings → General page where you can tailor how COINCUBE displays and behaves.

Display

  • Bitcoin display unit: show balances in BTC or Sats
  • Primary balance value: lead with fiat or Bitcoin
  • Fiat price: toggle fiat display, and pick your exchange rate source and currency
  • Direction badges: show or hide incoming/outgoing badges on transactions
  • Light / dark mode: switch themes from the bottom of the sidebar

Backup & identity

  • Backup Master Seed Phrase: write down the 12-word recovery phrase that covers all your wallets
  • Cube Recovery Kit: back up your Cube's configuration via Connect
  • Avatar: give each Cube its own look from the Avatar tab
  • Stats & About: usage stats and version info live alongside General
